Zach: first time , I spent 5 months waiting for final
decision....it could have been because it was a
multiple charge case
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Zach: yes....police along with K-9 units raided my apt.
JM: What as court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Zach: court was court....monotonous, ritualistic like
church....you know, set
protocol.....ORDER....arraignment, pre-trial,
trial, jury....so forth...
JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Zach: Theft.....convicted of State Jail Felony
